About my visitor statistics

Q: Why are my visitor statistics in Wahmcart and the statistics in my web site stats counter/adwords different?

A: Visitors in Wahmcart stats are only counted when someone clicks on a tracking link which you set up through the Tracking module. If you send visitors directly to your website e.g. http://yoursite.com these visitors are not counted since there is no way for Wahmcart to know.

If you set up a tracker that directs people to land on your home page, and send people to you tracker link, then Wahmcart will pick up the visitor and count them.

In addition, if the visitor is a repeat, they will not be counted. So... if someone clicks your tracker link 10 times, it will only show as one visitor/click.
