The popup code doesn't work

Popup codes must be inside the <body> tag to work. Switch to raw HTML code mode in the website publisher you're using. Then paste the code inside the body, so it'll look something like this: <body onload="window.open('https://wahmcart.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi?cf=subscribe&subscribe_form=1&adminid=2&popid=2&id=$userid','Popup','scrollbars=no,resizable=yes,width=450,height=350')">
