Did you send your newsletter in HTML format? Anytime you send newsletters in HTML you must include a text copy too. This is because some people turn off HTML in their email reader. It's also good practice to do so because text is more friendly on mobile devices.

If the email was sent with only HTML in it, people who can't read HTML emails will receive a blank email or one that says "Type or paste your message here"
