Error code 13 - The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive

This happens when you've entered the wrong Merchant Account ID.

If you have a merchant account (e.g. Authorize.net), then please obtain the merchant ID sometimes also known as the Merchant API ID from your merchant account provider. If using Authorize.net, please know that this is different from your web login and is often a set of characters and numbers.

If you do not have a merchant account, disable the pay by credit card option from your account settings. Select None for Merchant gateway and remove any entries in the merchant ID field.
