What technical support is available at WAHMCart?

To help us track and efficiently support customers, we use a help desk system. This is available from within the WAHMCart support panel. We also have several people manning the support desk through the work day.

On top of that, we have extensive help documentation.

Support hours are Mondays - Fridays, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm EST and we observe major US holidays. Tickets received during weekends and holidays will be responded to the next working day.
