Followup Lists
There are two types of lists you can set up. An Autoresponder and a Mailing List. Setup wise, they are the same. If you'd like to setup a regular mailing list, go to Followup >> Add List
Enter a name for your list, the From name and From email you'd like each email to come from. If you'd like to be notified each time you receive a subscription, set the last option to Yes. We recommend this be set to No or you'd be flooded with emails.

Once you submit this, you'll be given the option to add your first message to be sent to customers and prospects immediately when they join.
Important! If this is a customer list - the one you move your customers into after they order a product, you must enter a message. Otherwise, your customer will receive a blank email in addition to their order email. As a good practice, do enter a welcome message for all your lists anyhow.
The Firstname, Last names, Email buttons can be used to customize your message. To continue, press Preview Message.

If this list is not one you'll be sending automatic followup messages, you can stop here. If however you're sending a 7 day e-course, repeat steps above. Then return to Followup >> View Lists, Click on Messages next to the list you want to add the subsequent messages.

Click on Add Message

Type in your message and do not forget to set your delay. 0 = The same day people are subscribed to the list, 1 = 1 day after subscription, 2 = 2 days after and so on. If you have more messages, repeat these steps.

To see your subscriber information, visit Followup >> View Lists and click on View. Edit will allow you to view all the followup messages contained within that list and make changes to them. Reset will set all your subscribers back to 0 delay and start their messages all over again.
Delete will remove the list and subscribers completely and Empty will remove all your followup messages. Please use these two buttons wisely!
