About the FTC Rules?
Probably so. However, in the event you haven’t, I’d like to point you to a couple of resources so that you’ll understand the new FTC Rules concerning Affiliates.
I know it’s a lot of legal jargon but it’s very important that we ALL understand what it means to be an affiliate and how we have to abide by those rules – or else – get fined – eeks!
With that said, I’m not going to re-invent all the information out there because of couple of my friends have surely done their homework on the subject so, I’ll point you in that direction.
